Felip Cuadra and Mª Antonia Rubió are the owners, Felip is the chef and Mª Antonia Rubió, the person in charge of the dining room. Felip's cuisine is seafood with accents that are typical of the Empordanet. It’s elaborate cooking from the products and tradition of the Empordà cuisine and the neighbouring French cuisine.
